Google announced HTC One Nexus (with Google Experience) earlier today. The device will be available for purchase starting June 26th. You will be able to order it from Google Play Store. Price is same as for the original HTC One SIM unlocked version, $599. Both devices, HTC One and HTC One with Google Nexus Experience, look exactly the same.
