Install N5110XXBMC9: First Firmware Update for Galaxy Note 8 3G + WiFi

First firmware update for Galaxy Note 8.0 N5110 is now available for download. The newly released N5110XXBMC9 firmware features Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean for Galaxy Note 8.0 3G + WiFi devices. The update is currently being rolled out to users in Germany and Russia. However, you can download the update and install XXBMC9 on N5110 Galaxy Note 8.0 manually using Odin. Firmware details are as under:

Samsung had unveiled Galaxy Note 8” device at Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona earlier this year. The device comes with Android Jelly Bean preinstalled. The device features an 8-inch display and 5 Megapixels camera. This is the first firmware update that’s been released for the device ever since it was launched. You can download and install the update on your supported devices using Odin.

Important: This firmware update is only for Galaxy Note 8.0 N5110 3G + WiFi version. Please do not try installing it on any other variants of Note 8.0.
