Galaxy S Advance Jelly Bean 4.1.2 update is now available. The firmware update I9070ZCLPB is currently rolling out and brings Android 4.1.2 to Galaxy S Advance China region devices. For users in other regions, you can download the firmware and install it manually on your device. Samsung had earlier released the stock Jelly Bean GT-I9070 Galaxy S Advance Russia update back in February. This is the newer version, with build date of 4/11/2013. Here are the details with download link and instructions on how to flash it on your device:

Download and Install Galaxy S Advance I9070 ZCLPB Update
Step 1: Download the firmware: I9070ZCLPB_I9070CHNLPB_CHN.zip.
Step 2: Extract the zip file to get the firmware .tar.md5 file.
Step 3: Download Odin3_v3.04.zip and unzip the file.
Step 4: Run Odin3_v3.04.exe as administrator to launch the Odin app on your PC.
Step 5: Boot your device in download mode and then connect it to the computer.
Odin will detect your device once you connect it (in download mode) to the PC.
Step 6: In Odin, click on “PDA” button, then browse and select the firmware .tar.md5 file (from step 2 above).
Do not change any other settings in Odin and make sure that “Auto Reboot” and “F . Reset Time” checkboxes are checked while “Re-Partition” is unchecked.
Step 7: Click on “Start” button in Odin.
The process to flash stock firmware file on your device will now begin. Please be patient and let it complete. Your device will boot into newly installed update. After installation, you can confirm the installed software version from Settings > About phone. You should now have I9070ZCLPB firmware on Galaxy S Advance installed.
