AT&T Galaxy Note 2 Recieving OTA Update (Feb 15)

AT&T Galaxy Note 2 is receiving the OTA update I317UCAMA4. This is a minor OTA update, 8.45MB in size, that reportedly fixes the Exynos bug on Note 2 I317. As AT&T states:

On February 15, 2013, AT&T released a software update for the Samsung Galaxy Note II (i317). This update is being pushed to customers via firmware-over-the-air (FOTA) using Wi-Fi.

This software package includes a chipset security enhancement, and will update the baseband version to I317UCAMA4.  This update is only available for devices that have been upgraded to Android 4.1.2.

The update is rolling out today and will hit your device soon. To get the update, you may try the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: On your Note 2, navigate to Settings > About device > Software update.

Step 2: Tap on “Check for Updates”.

Step 3: You will see a notification confirming the update, tap “Continue” to install the update.

Step 4: Once installation is complete, your device will reboot.

Step 5: Once it boots up, you can confirm the firmware update from Settings > About device.

You will now have I317UCAMA4 firmware update installed on your AT&T Galaxy Note II.
