Google Play Store 3.10.10 update is now rolling out. If you do not wish to wait for the update, you can download Play Store 3.10.10 apk now and install it on your Android device manually. Here is the step by step guide for those of you who want to install it manually.

Manually Install Google Play Store on Jelly Bean, ICS, Gingerbread Devices

Step 1: Download the app: [ Mirror: 1, 2, 3 ]

Step 2: Copy the downloaded apk file on to your device.

Step 3: Enable installation of app from unknown sources on your device. To do this:

  • ICS / Jelly Bean: Navigate to Settings > Security and enable “Unknown Sources” option.
  • Gingerbread: Navigate to Settings > Applications and enable “Unknown Sources” option.

Step 4: You should have a File Manager installed on your device. Choose a best Android File Manager that suits your needs.

Step 5: Now launch the file manager and browse to the apk file that you placed on your device in step 2 above. Then tap on the apk file to install it.
